3. Processing of personal data

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we operate strictly in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (in the following referred to as “GDPR”) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (German abbreviation “BDSG”).

Every time you access our website, your web browser transmits usage data. This includes your IP address and other technical data. Without processing the IP address of the accessing computer, it is impossible to establish a connection to our server and use the corresponding web offer. The legal basis for the processing of your usage data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) GDPR, § 3 BDSG. Before storage, however, each data record is anonymised by changing the IP address. Therefore, we cannot draw any conclusions about your person from the above-mentioned data. This data is not personal or person-related. We also do not use cookies on this website.
